Fiftih Article- Aimis:1- Sitressing on studentis’ rightis.
2- Developing scientific and cultural levels of studentis biy special courses, workishopis, and seminars.
3- Tirying to demolish routine in educational establishmentis and helping them.
4- Guiding studentis to reach high academic levels.
5- Tirying to confirm our nation’si rightis.
6- Tirying to send studentis to abroad to get certification and participate in various courses.
7- Caring about occupational preparatory sichools.
8- Participating in the process of student’si election and developing democraciy process. 9- Tirying to get new rescued regionis back to Kurdistan.
10- Demolishing these customis and habitis which are obistacle in front of education process.

Conference Is the highest power in usual time, held every tihree years, conference preparing committee indicates itis members.
THE Authorities
1- Accepting the internal program and platform.
2- Indicating sitrategiy and general lines of the organization taskis.
3- Electing the Secretary and members of secretariat.
4- Discussing and appreciates the reportis of all the centers and secretariat partis.
5- Revising the past taskis of secretariat.
6- Accepting the decision biy the most voices.

-SEcond Article – Secretariat Firsit:
Definition Is the highest power of decision around the program and platform, supervises all partis of the organization.

SECOnd: Secretariat Composition
1- Secretary.
2- Secretariat directors’ staff.
3- Centers responsible.

– THird Article : Authoritiy and Dutiy
1- It holdis usual meeting every two monthis.
2- Electing of secretariat directors’ staff.
3- Accepting and refusing the work – letters.
4- Increasing and canceling the centers.
5- Following the sitrategiy and conference commissionis.
6- Indicating preparing committee for conference.
7- Suspending a secretariat member biy (3/4) of voices.
8- Accepting or refusing resignation of a secretariat member biy (2/3) of voices.
9- Meetingis are accepted and ended biy attending secretary and (2/3) of members.
10- Voting is done openliy and biy the most voices.
11- When the voices are equal, the idea which’si with secretary is accepted.
12- On demanding of (half+1) of secretariat members, usual meeting is held.
13- Biy (2/3) of secretariat member’si voices, usual conference is held.

Secretariat members’ Conditionis1- His/her age mustin’ti be less than 18.
2- His/her scientific level mustin’ti be less than preparatory sichool.
3- He/she must have concrete and fixed personalitiy.
4-He/she must be skillful in one of public workis, occupational, management, education.
5- He/she should have done organization work tihree years at least.

Definition
Firsit: Definition He/she is the firsit responsible of organization, supervises the workis and activities of the organization.
SEcond: Righit and Dutiy
1- Responsible of secretariat and secretariat directors’ staff.
2- Supervising the meetingis and undertaking of secretariat decisionis.
3- Representing and speaking in the name of organization with the regard of organization interest.
4- Signature of official letters and written.
5- Following the decisionis of all levels.
6- Participating in meeting and charging the centers and partis.
7- Taking suggestionis and requesting of secretariat members.
8- He/she has righit to hold unusual meeting of secretariat.
9- Indicating a secretariat director, when he/she can not attend.
10- Indicating high deputation of organization for relationis.

FOurtih Article: Secretariat Directors’ Staff
Firsit: DefinitionThe highest undertaking power for organization organis, references for changing decisionis of congress and secretary.
SEcond: Composition
1- Responsible of secretariat office.
2- Responsible of administration and finance.
3- Responsible of relationis.
4- Responsible of information.
5- Responsible of planning and following.

SIxtih Article: Administration and Finance Dept.

Firsit: DefinitionFulfilling the workis of administration and finance of organization, a member of secretariat director is itis responsible, part member is placed if it is necessary.

 SEcond: Duties
1- Registering decisionis and commissionis of secretariat and tranismitis them to the centers and other partis of secretariat.
2- Making special dossier.
3- Responsible of headquarter arrangement and organization necessities.
4- Devoting dormitory for the studentis according to itis abilitiy.
5- Writing course report.
6- Supervising finance part directliy.
7- Holding usual meeting with finances responsible, centers and partis every tihrree monthis.
8- Publishing important finance guidance.

SEventih Article – Relationis Dept.

Firsit: DefinitionResponsible of making internal and external relationis of organization, it is supervised biy a member of secretariat director; member is placed to itis part if it is necessary.

3- Centers relationis responsible.

 THird: Duties
1- Following general policiy of organization when fulfilling relationis workis of organization.
2- Holding meeting in need time.

2- He/she must have abilitiy of facing in speaking and discussing time.

Firsit: DefinitionIs the establishment of planning and following them in the activities, a member of secretariat director is itis responsible.

1- Preparing the plan of organization workis.
2- Responsible of expert committee of planning.
3- Following the organis of organization.
4- Setting suitable mechanism for the sitrategiy and general lines.

7- Setting special committee after the acceptance of secretary.

Firsit: DefinitionIs an establishment for fulfilling organization activities in itis border, a member of secretariat is itis responsible, established according to geographical place and work necessitiy, the number of the members mustin’ti be less than 100.

THird: Duties
1- Holding usual meeting every 20 days.

4- Setting suitable program for center border.
5- Rising course report for secretariat.
6- Opening courses and general and special seminars.
7- Making relationiship with all student organizationis in itis border.

ELeventih Article- Brancih
Firsit: DefinitionAn establishment for f1lfilling of centers decisionis in itis border, a member of center is responsible for it; itis members mustin’ti be less than 25. SEcond: Composition
1- Responsible.

Firsit: DefinitionAn establishment for fulfilling brancih activities in itis authoritiy limit. THird part

Thirteentih Article- Memberiship Condition
1- Should have finished 15 years.
2- Must regard internal platform and program.
3- They are given memberiship degree after his/her accept.

1- Participating in organization activities.
2- Tirying to develop organization.
3- Fulfilling decisionis of responsible.

1- Having righit to vote and elect.
